Terms of service

1. This agreement

These terms govern your use of PulserNode. By creating an account, connecting an n8n instance, or paying for a plan, you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.

Our privacy policy, acceptable use policy, and refund policy are part of this agreement.

2. What PulserNode does

PulserNode is a control plane for an n8n instance that you own and operate. It connects over n8n's public API to version workflow changes, monitor executions, diagnose failures, propose repairs, and expose an MCP server to compatible AI clients.

PulserNode is not n8n, is not affiliated with n8n GmbH, and does not host, license, or resell n8n. Your n8n instance, its licence, its uptime, and its data are yours.

3. Your account

• Keep your credentials secret and tell us promptly if you think they have leaked.
• You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by your team.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must not be barred from using our service under applicable law.

4. Your n8n instance and your data

You warrant that you own or are authorized to administer every n8n instance you connect, and that giving us its API key does not breach an agreement you have with someone else.

You keep all rights in your workflows and your data. You grant us only the licence we need to operate the service for you: to read, store, version, analyse, and where you have enabled it, modify the workflows on the instance you connected.

Deleting a connection revokes our access immediately. We recommend rotating the API key afterwards, as you would with any credential you have shared.

5. AI features and their limits

PulserNode uses language models to draft workflows, classify failures, and propose patches. Model output is parsed into an allowlisted set of operations; anything outside that set is rejected before it can reach your instance.

• Native changes to your workflows require your explicit approval.
• Guard's automatic repair only runs on workflows you enroll, after you acknowledge that repairs are replayed live against your instance.
• Repair is bounded: three attempts, a fifteen-minute deadline, one worker per workflow, and a circuit breaker that hands control back to a person.

AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing changes before they reach a system that matters, and for choosing test triggers whose replay does not cause irreversible side effects such as sending mail or charging a card.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to the acceptable use policy. In short: connect only instances you are entitled to administer, do not use PulserNode to attack, scrape, or overload anyone, do not try to break out of your workspace boundary, and do not resell the service as your own.

7. Plans, billing, and price changes

• Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you selected until you cancel. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew annually.
• Cancel from your workspace settings at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not charge a cancellation fee.
• Prices exclude taxes unless stated. Any sales tax, VAT, or GST due in your country is calculated and added at checkout by Whop.
• If we change a price, existing subscribers keep their rate until the end of the current period and we give at least 30 days' notice before the new rate applies.
• A launch discount applies for as long as founding seats remain. Anyone who subscribed on that rate keeps it while the subscription stays active.

Subscriptions are sold through Whop, which acts as Merchant of Record. Whop is the legal seller of record for your purchase and is responsible for billing you and for collecting and remitting tax in your jurisdiction. Your card statement and your invoice will show Whop. Everything the service does, and every obligation in these terms, remains ours.

Failed payments suspend paid features after a grace period. Your data is not deleted during suspension.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep PulserNode available and will give notice of planned maintenance where we reasonably can. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee, and we say so here rather than implying one we do not provide.

PulserNode cannot monitor an instance that is unreachable. Outages, firewall changes, or revoked API keys on your side will interrupt the service, and that is outside our control.

9. Intellectual property

PulserNode, its software, its documentation, and its brand remain ours. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms for as long as your subscription lasts. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything, and it never gives us rights in your workflows.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that diagnosis will identify every cause, that repair will fix every failure, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.

11. Limitation of liability

Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, even if warned they were possible.

Our total liability for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death and personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms, from your content or workflows, or from your connecting an instance you were not entitled to administer.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using PulserNode at any time by cancelling and deleting your workspace. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or the acceptable use policy, that presents a security risk to other customers, or that we are required to stop serving by law.

Except where a breach makes it unsafe, we will give notice and a chance to fix the problem first. On termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted on the schedule in the privacy policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced to workspace owners by email at least 30 days before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. If you do not accept a change, cancel before it takes effect.

15. General

These terms are the entire agreement between us about the service. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest survives. Failing to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a merger or sale of the business.
