Refund policy
Fourteen days, no questions, one email. Here is the fine print, which is mostly just that sentence again.
1. The promise
If PulserNode is not doing what this site says it does, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. You do not have to justify the request or sit through a call about it.
One email to hello@pulsernode.com with the address on the account is enough. You do not need to contact anyone else: we approve the refund and instruct Whop, who processed the payment, to return it to your original payment method.
We action refunds within five business days of your email. Whop and your bank then take their own few days to move the money, so allow up to ten business days in total before the credit appears on your statement.
2. Annual plans
Annual plans get the same 14-day window from the date of the charge. After that, cancel any time and you keep access for the rest of the year you paid for; we do not issue pro-rata refunds for the unused months.
If something goes badly wrong on our side mid-term, tell us. We would rather make it right than hide behind a clause.
3. Cancelling
Cancel from your workspace settings whenever you like. Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access intact until the end of the period you already paid for. There is no cancellation fee.
Cancelling does not delete your workspace. If you want your data gone as well, say so and we will remove it on the schedule in the privacy policy.
4. When we will not refund
- Charges older than 14 days, outside the annual exception above.
- Accounts terminated for breaching the acceptable use policy.
- Costs incurred on your own systems, such as n8n hosting or a third-party API a workflow called. We only ever refund what you paid us.
5. Your statutory rights
Where consumer law gives you stronger rights than this policy, those rights apply and this policy does not reduce them. In the EU and UK that includes the statutory cancellation period for distance contracts.
